Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward is over the top in many (good) ways, but over the holidays, its staff and supporters are WAY over the top. Thanks to the generosity of donors and the commitment of staff, more than 85 families – including 340 children – received full Thanksgiving meals. During this December holiday season, approximately 1,200 gifts valued at more than $25,000 were distributed to Big Brothers Big Sisters’ kids in need. “Many of these children and families go without year after year,” said Ana Cedeno, president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward. “We’re honored to be able to bring joy to them over the holiday season.”
